Dale is that special individual that we spend a lot of time looking for. He has the kindest eye and demeanor that make him stand out. He will be the first one to meet you at the gate as he enjoys having a job and doing it well. Dale has been well diversified in his experience from trail, 4H, English to Western pattern classes he has done it all. He has a willing attitude and picks up all tasks very easily.
