Quill

Quill is a gelding with a long resume. He has been in the NWSS Horseman’s Challenge, the Pony Express, a parade, and packed elk out of the Flat Tops. He was ridden by confident, advanced kids in summer camps. He has tackled many obstacles, including suspension bridges, rolling bridges, and swimming ponds. He dressed up as a “quarter” horse for Halloween. He enjoys moving cows. He rides out alone and in groups. He is the same horse in good weather or driving wind. He is like a mountain goat over rocky terrain. His reaction when encountering a rattlesnake was to stop. He has been hauled long distances. His trot is smooth enough for Carly to ride while pregnant.
