Skippy

Born and raised on the Powderhorn Ranch, Skippy has the look, build, and mindset that we hope for! He is happy traversing rugged terrain through creeks, timber and over rocks. He is never in a hurry and is not afraid of getting left behind. Skippy has grown up around elk, deer, dogs and snakes and does not ruffle at them. He enjoys working cows on pasture and tracking pairs out. Skippy trots and lopes nice circles in the arena and has a good neck rein. He is easy to catch, groom, and saddle and likes to be loved on. Time off is no trouble and he comes back solid! If you are looking for a faithful partner out on the trail Skippy is ready to go there with you. He is a big solid fella that is easy to enjoy!
