Boon

Boon is ranch raised out of our son of Peptoboonsmal. He has seen big country, handles rough terrain and is surefooted in any situation. We used him to pack elk out of the badlands for the last two years, so he has experience leading a pack string and being packed. Boon also has a natural cow sense which makes him valuable on the ranch. He has drug calves to the branding fire and has been through two springs of calving. He spent last summer with Rebecca Petersen to assist her in passing Ken’s Master Trainer Certification. Boon is a very easy-traveling horse that knows his leads and has a carefree personality.
