Prince was foaled and raised on our place and was a staple of the breeding program until we lost him unexpectedly in April of 2022. With a pedigree chock-full of cowhorse legends, Prince had an intelligent, gentle disposition and exuded natural athleticism that he has passed on to his offspring. His dam was an own daughter of Peppy San Badger, the famous King Ranch stallion who is a proven legend of the horse industry. On his top side, Prince was an own son of High Brow Cat, the earner of over $126,000 in the cutting pen and sire of offspring who have earned in excess of $49 million. High Brow Cat was named the NCHA- AQHA Sire of the Year for 8 consecutive years and is a leading name in the cutting horse industry today. Pedigree aside, Prince was a wonderful individual who was appreciated as a handy and talented saddle horse as well as a breeding stallion. His offspring have been light, athletic, willing, quick-to-learn, and fun to ride. Prince was 5 Panel Genetic Disease test negative: HYPP N/N, PSSM N/N, MH N/N, GBED N/N and HERDA N/N. He is gone far too soon, and he will be missed!
